Senior IT Support Technician
Preferred Risk Insurance Services
As the Senior IT Support technician for Preferred Risk Insurance services, my team and I provide top-tier support for over 500 users across 15 companies under the Warrior Invictus Holding Company umbrella. My role includes supervising the helpdesk team, ticket triage & resolution, planning and executing infrastructure improvement projects, and development of documentation and procedures.

IT Support Technician Contractor
My first role for CIBC Bank USA involved completing a critical Windows 10 Upgrade Project. During the course of this project, my exceptional performance and consistently taking initiative led to a contract extension, and I was moved to the Desktop Support team supporting ~1000 users in the company's HQ. Due to enhanced lockdown procedures, I moved to a fully remote helpdesk position in late 2021, where I consistently outpaced my more experienced peers.

As the Office Manger for Roger's and Holland's Jewelers in Orland Square, I was responsible for inventory management, customer service, and organization for one of the top-grossing stores in the company. While developing procedures to improve efficiency and consistent customer service, I also maintained a consistent personal sales volume. I also assisted my coworkers during the rollout of the Kronos Workforce Now payroll management system.

At Lewis University, I studied computer science, with a foxus in cybersecurity. I was a member of the cyber defense club and AFROTC. I was also active in campus ministry.

At Lincoln-Way Central High School, I earned a cumulative GPA of 4.729 on a 4-point scale. I earned the "High Honor Roll" distinction for every semester I was in school. While consistently excelling in academics, I also excelled in leadership in the Air Force Junior ROTC program. By the time I was a senior, I had earned the distinction of producing top marks for inventory management in our unit inspection Sophomore year, was the first cadet ever to be appointed to a Squadron Commander position twice (as well as being the youngest cadet appointed to this position), and led several extracurricular AFJROTC teams. My outstanding service led to an appointment to the role of Group Commander, where I was responsible for leading the whole Corps of Cadets to reach our community service, physical fitness, academic, and espirit de corps goals.
